1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer the following delivery options:

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
  • International shipping fees will be displayed at checkout and do not include customs duties or taxes (see section 6).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order directly on the courier's website.
  • If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at globaltechsolutions@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • We take great care in packaging all products to ensure they arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographs of the packaging and product.
  • If your order is lost during transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

6. International Deliveries

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by their country.
  • Customs delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Changes to shipping addresses after the order has been dispatched are not guaranteed.
